Seller Information

  • Consignor understands and agrees that the items will be offered for sale with no reserve
  • Items unable to be sold will be deemed unsalable at end of auction. Consignor may pick up his unsold items or they will be disposed of
  • Lots are subject to be grouped and sold as a bulk lot
  • Payment may be picked up at auction house on Monday after the sale   Arrangements may be made to have consignor payments mailed
  • Consignor attested to having merchantable title to all goods offered for sale
  • Consignor understands and agrees that if McCool Auctions does not receive good funds for the items, the sale will be voided and items may be offered at subsequent auction
  • Consignor agrees that McCool Auctions is not responsible for insurance on consigned items and is not responsible for fire, theft and damaged to consigned items

             25% Commission & $1.00 Per Sale Lot Fee



       We do offer pick up services

Buyer Information

  • All merchandise is offered 'where is', 'as is' with no warranties or guaranties
  • All buyers must be 18 or older and register with current ID and phone number
  • There is a $1.00 charge for a bid card
  • Bid card must be shown for each successful high bid
  • Permanent bid numbers are available - ask office associate for details
  • No buyer premium is charged at weekly consignment auctions 
  • All accounts must be paid in full the night of the auction. Acceptable payment methods: cash, debit and credit cards  ~ CHECKS ARE NOT ACCEPTED. A 3% fee is added to debit and credit card sales
  • All sales are final
  • Absentee bidding is permitted - see auction staff to place an absentee bid or call the office (501-321-9761)
  • McCool Auctions does not tolerate theft and will prosecute to the fullest extent of the law
  • McCool Auctions will on occassion giveaway Door Prizes. The Door Prize winner will be randomly chosen from the pool of registered bidders. Each registered bid number will be placed in a container and near the end of the auction a number will be chosen. The winner must be present to win. Only one number will be chosen. If the winning registered bidder is not present the door prize will be held over until the following auction. No purchase is necessary - all registered bidders will be eligible for the door prize.
